Ive always suffered from headaches and migraines but the last 3 days of what should have been a great Easter weekend, left me unable to move from pain radiating to my head from my neck and shoulder. Suz was fast to respond to my message and saw me right away -even on a long weekend and after a long day. She had me feeling almost completely pain free whilst on the table and completely pain free,by the time i left. She was thorough and explained everything she was doing, why she was doing it and what was causing my pain to start with. Then gave me instructions on what to do when i got home to make sure i stayed feeling good. Without her, i wouldnt have been able to enjoy Easter with my 1 year old and for that alone im grateful. Highly reccomend Suz to everyone!

I highly recommend Suz as the massages are the best I have ever been given. Suz takes the time to listen to your issues, takes time to explain the actions she will use to remedy the issues. If follow up exercises are required, these are explained and demonstrated. I've tried the Rescue Remedy and it works! Great experience overall and well worth the time to make a visit.

God i love this woman!!!!!!!! Shes brilliant. I had a very sore neck for over 6 weeks now and tried to put up with it, gave in seen Suz yesterday and today for the first time in weeks i woke with hardly any pain in my neck!!! She also helped drain my sinuses and i feel alot better for it!

Total Muscle Harmony - the best massage I have ever had in my life without a doubt. Suz is fantastic in explaining how one problem is caused by several other factors and works on it all to achieve the desired result. After a back operation several years ago, I was basically told that the nerve damage was so severe that I would just have to put up with it. Well I can now squat which I haven’t been able to do for years and my whole body no longer feels tight and restricted.
If you have any small niggling injuries that you have just been putting up with, I recommend you see Suz and let her show you that you don’t have to put up with that anymore.
I cannot put into words how appreciative I am for the relief that Suz’s massage has given me.
