ABOUT ME

After commencing studies in Naturopathy in 1994, the modalities of Classical Swedish Massage Therapy became an important part in my life as a sports person and healer.  The enjoyment and pleasure I felt seeing my skills be put to good use in rehabilitating Softballers from their injuries and providing first aid at games put me on the path to pursuing more knowledge of the Anatomical and Physiological studies of the Body and also further techniques or Modalities to help provide a more well balanced and rounded service.  Not every Body will benefit from just the one modality!

A chance attendance of a Reiki class one day at College, took my interest and had me hooked to learn this fascinating Japanese vibration technique and positive thought process. I have now received the Master Level Atonement.

Fast forward a number of years and my life's journey took me along another path - to teach Massage Therapy at Tafe and Adult Education Classes.  I met so many wonderful people, planned classes, taught basic Aromatherapy, the uses of oils and some handy products to make. Going back to attend College became my focus to enhance my thirst for knowledge and learn so much more.

Having completed Certificate IV in Remedial Massage therapy and Tu Na (Chinese Acupressure) has set me up with further skills to provide both a Western and Eastern approach to healing.  Along the way, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Injury Prevention and Management and Remedial Massage in conjunction to Reiki provide a unique balance to help many people.

The Sports I treat are now much wider, from Softball, Ten Pin Bowling, Squash, Dragon Boat Racers, Tennis, Golf..even Chess players! No matter what the sport is, or just if you are needing some relaxation and time out.  I am confident that I may be able to provide some assistance or help direct you to other specialists.
